Meet the Coach
My running journey began in 2018 when even a two-mile run felt like a big challenge. Since then, I’ve completed multiple marathons and a full Ironman, learning firsthand the power of a solid training plan. This experience inspired me to become a coach, so I could help others find that same sense of accomplishment and passion for endurance sports.
As a certified USAT triathlon coach, my approach is all about making training both fun and challenging—helping you push your limits while enjoying the journey. I offer personalized training plans and one-on-one coaching for running and triathlon, in French and English, to support you every step of the way toward your goals.
I provide a detailed training plan tailored to your unique needs and goals, with a variety of workouts to keep progress steady and engaging. Adding some strength training to get faster and stronger and remain injury-free.
